Khatra Bone is a visual play on the high-voltage warning signs commonly seen across industrial and electrical zones. These signs, marked with the bold “Khatra” (danger) text and a minimal skull-and-bones symbol, serve as a stark reminder of caution. This artwork takes that familiar iconography and pushes it further—transforming the word KHATRA into an illustrative 3D bone structure.
By reconstructing the lettering with anatomical bone-like forms, Khatra Bone blurs the line between signboard aesthetics and graffiti culture. The artwork retains the essence of warning and risk, but through its sculptural typography, it gains a new dimension—both literally and figuratively. The skeletal structure of the letters adds a sense of fragility and tension, mirroring the real-world dangers the original signs warn about, while simultaneously asserting a bold, street-inspired artistic identity.
